How do I enter the property? We will provide you with an access code that you can use at the front door and the door to your studio or loft. This code is generated automatically and is 100% confidential, only you will have access.

*A guarantee deposit of $100 USD per stay will be withheld. This deposit will be returned in full to the guest, once the room is delivered and verification that it was delivered in perfect condition.

*For LONG STAYS (14 days onwards) the cost of energy (electricity) is not included. A charge of $4.5 mxn per kilowatt used will be made and will be deducted from the guarantee deposit. 

*For LONG STAYS (14 days onwards) the guest is obliged to 1 mandatory cleaning service per week (additional cost of $20USD). Said payment will be deducted from the guarantee deposit if applicable.
